6. Limitation of Liability

  • Any delay caused by government authorities or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
  • Loss of data or profits due to service interruption.

Either party may terminate the agreement under the terms specified in the signed contract. If the service is terminated before completion, fees will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect once published on the site, and continued use of the site is deemed implicit consent to the amended Terms.
